Home Delivery and Click & Collect Policy

Delivery and Click & Collect

We offer Home Delivery and Click & Collect services from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

  • Deliveries are available every weekday from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM on the previous business day to qualify for next-day delivery.

Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect is available every weekday from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Delivery Instructions

We recommend that someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one will be home, please provide clear delivery instructions in the Order Notes section at checkout, specifying where the order should be left.

If a delivery is left unattended in accordance with your instructions, all risk and responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to complete your delivery because no one is available to receive it and no delivery instructions have been provided, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery; and
  • Charge for any perishable products that require replacement due to delays caused by the failed delivery.

Fresh produce weight variance:

We endeavour to provide fresh produce as close as possible to the quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of fresh products, slight variations in weight may occur, and products may be supplied slightly above or below the ordered quantity.

Special requests:

If you have any specific requirements, preferences, or delivery instructions, please include them in the Order Comments/Notes section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Delivery charges:

  • Orders under $150 incur a $10 delivery fee.
  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for free delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If there are any issues with the items received, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, replacements, or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
